few problems with our earlier LED Cajun Coon Hunting Lights. Cajun was
getting about 4% warranty work with our old LED light. Cajun
wants you to have a more reliable Coon Hunting Light. Of course the
older LED light warranty will still be honored. All of the new LED lights uses a aluminum head piece as a heat sink to control the LED heat problem.
Cajuns newest LED Light has the LED head, Lithium Batteries and Controls mounted on a Bump cap. This new Coon Hunting Light uses Lithium-based batteries.These heads have been tested by many coon hunters over the last year,

How to Prolong Lithium-based Batteries
Similar
to a mechanical device that wears out faster with heavy use, so also
does the depth of discharge (DoD) determine the cycle count. The smaller
the depth of discharge, the longer the battery will last. If at all
possible, avoid frequent full discharges and charge more often between
uses. If full discharges cannot be avoided, Partial discharge on Li-ion
is fine; there is no memory and the battery does not need periodic full
discharge cycles. When the green light comes on your should unplug your
charger. Over charging can also shorten the batteries long life.

LED Head Lamp 1
The new 5 lamp LED head by Cajun is a new design. Has a aluminum head piece. The metal head piece acts as a heat sync
to take the heat, produced by the 5 LED, away from the solder
joints in the head. This makes for a longer life for the LED and other
components in the new head. If you want this head for your light you
must send your light to Cajun for a new switch. If your Cajun Light is
less than 2 years old labor to change the switch will be free. Cajun
will also change other companys lights for a small price, Labor and switch,
again you must send your light to Cajun Lights

Twin LEDs Head Lamp
The twin Led Head is a low voltage head lamp. It runs on 7.4 volts. A very bright light and compares in brightness to a 21 volt light by most other manufactures. Cajun is working with this head to make it work on other voltages. this new design has an aluminum head
